Pat Land Memorial Endowed Scholarship in Dance

Scholarship benefitting students in the School of Dance.

Established by Mark E. Land ’78 to create a scholarship in the School of Dance that honors the legacy of his wife, Patricia W. Land ’81. Pat Land ’81 was a beloved alumna of the School of Dance as well as a modern dancer, mime, arts administrator, and faculty member. She generously gave her time and talent to UNCSA and her legacy in the campus community will be remembered through future dancers and scholarship recipients. Mark Land ’78 is an alumnus of the School of Dance and performed professionally with the North Carolina Dance Theatre. Mr. Land served as Director of Alumni Relations at UNCSA for seven years in the 1990s and continues to be involved with UNCSA .
