Elena Bright Shapiro Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship benefitting exceptional students studying in the School of Dance.

Established in 2009 by David and Brantly Shapiro in memory of Elena Bright Shapiro, a young woman of extraordinary talent as a dance and exceptional grace as a human being, who will be remembered for her commitment to her craft, to her family and friends and to her school, the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
