Impact

It is an honor to be a recipient of your contributions to the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. I am extremely grateful for your support to help further my music education and career aspirations. I am currently a Resident Assistant in the University of North Carolina School of the Arts college residential halls. This opportunity has provided me with ongoing leadership skills and team development that I am positive will be of great benefit to my career. I also began a fellowship with UNCSA’s ArtistCorps program working in the VivaldiProject, an initiative that provides underprivileged children with violin lessons in Winston-Salem elementary schools. In addition, as a representative for the Cross the Line Project, I organized outreach concerts at a school for the blind and a domestic violence day shelter to play holiday music alongside UNCSA student musicians. Again, I am extremely grateful for your support and look forward to furthering my education and reaching my humanitarian goals as an artist. –Frist Year Undergraduate Recipient
